From cleared out to ready to list.

An empty house is only half the job. We deep-clean, handle the small repairs, and get the property looking its best, so it's ready to sell, transfer, or welcome its next owner.

The finishing work that matters

A clean, cared-for home sells for more, and sells faster.

Once the belongings are gone, a house that's been lived in for decades usually needs more than a quick sweep. We handle the deep clean, clear away what's left in the yard and garage, and take care of the small fixes that make a home show well.

This is the step that protects the value of the estate. A property that looks maintained gives buyers confidence and gives your realtor something to work with, whether you're listing on the market or transferring the home within the family.

What's included

Getting the property market-ready

We handle the work between an empty house and a home that's ready to show, so you don't have to line up separate cleaners, handymen, and haulers.

Deep cleaning

Floors, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and fixtures cleaned top to bottom so the home feels fresh and cared for.

Debris & yard

Leftover debris, sheds, and overgrown yards cleared so the property makes a strong first impression from the curb.

Light repairs

Small fixes and touch-ups, from patched walls to swapped fixtures, that quietly raise a home's appeal and value.

Show-ready handoff

The finished home handed to you, your realtor, or a buyer, ready to photograph, list, or walk through.

Common questions

Property prep questions

What families ask about getting an estate home ready. If yours isn't here, just call.

Ask us directly
Do you handle repairs, or only cleaning?
Both. We do a thorough clean and take care of the light repairs and touch-ups that help a home show well. For larger renovations we'll tell you honestly whether they're worth it, and bring in a trusted contractor if they are.
Can you get the house ready if we can't be there?
Yes. We regularly prepare properties for out-of-state families and coordinate directly with your realtor, so the home is show-ready without you needing to travel.
Should we make repairs, or sell the house as-is?
It depends on the home and the market. Sometimes a clean and a few small fixes add real value; sometimes selling as-is is the smarter, faster choice. We'll give you a straight answer, and we can even buy the home as-is if that's the better path.
Do you work with our realtor?
Happily. We coordinate with your agent on timing and priorities, or we can introduce you to an estate-experienced realtor from our trusted network if you don't have one yet.
